Philosophy

Choosing to be healthy and fit is a decision that must be made everyday of your life.  But unfortunately most people give up as soon as they hit a bump in the road.  It’s my job as your personal trainer to get you over the obstacles and help you reach success.  I will assist you in setting realistic, short-term goals.  As you accomplish one goal, you’ll gain the confidence to achieve the next.  Step-by-step, you’ll be doing things you never thought possible.

As your personal coach, I am committed to designing a program that is specifically for you, keeping you focused, pushing you through the final set of a hard workout, keeping you accountable to your goals, and answering all your fitness and nutrition questions.

“It’s easier to wake up early and work out, than it is to look in the mirror each day and not like what you see."
